Project Overview

This project is a Comprehensive real estate platform that provides a seamless user experience for both buyers and sellers. It incorporates a secure login system with KYC verification to ensure safety and trust for Business Users & Individual Users. The platform offers a user-centric buying and selling process, including Advanced Search filters and Dynamic bidding for properties, along with Cluster reports for detailed insights. Additionally, it enables Fractional ownership, allowing users to invest in portions of a property for increased affordability. Real-time property Portfolio tracking system further Empowers users to manage their investments effectively.

The real estate market today is cluttered with too many options from brokers, often leading to confusion for buyers. Personal information like mobile numbers is frequently shared without consent, while some brokers engage in fraudulent practices, further complicating transactions. Buyers receive little to no proper guidance, resulting in numerous property visits with no decisions made. Delays in documentation, unclear reports, and hidden costs add to the frustration, making the process inefficient and financially burdensome.

Security and Trust Concern

Both Individual Users and Companies need a more secure and reliable KYC process to confidently engage in buying, selling, and fractional property investments in the marketplace.

Identifying Unique Challenges

One of the key challenges in designing financial platforms is ensuring ease of use while managing complex data and functionality. Users expect to access budgeting tools, savings insights, and financial guidance without feeling overwhelmed. Payble addresses these challenges by offering a design that breaks down complex features into digestible components. From interactive pricing pages to easy-to-navigate blog sections, Payble ensures that users of all levels—from first-time savers to seasoned finance enthusiasts—can engage with the platform effortlessly.

Complexity in Buying and Selling

The real estate market faces challenges like complex buying and selling processes, lack of trust due to unclear agreements, and liquidity issues. Transactions are inefficient and slow due to the prolonged processes of brokers bringing in two acquaintances for a sale which ideally favors the broker mainly, or the person who the broker is biased towards.

Fragmented Information

Users encounter issues with real-time property Data and Lack of Visualization of their portfolios, complicates their ability to make informed investment decisions.
